      Not much communication between the office and the field employees. It did improve the last two years I was there.

      Toxic Communication Style Unclear Decision making Narcissist Dominant Environment Hostile manager-employee relationship Very few people who actually were proficient about what they do Zero felexibility on ideas and deprecated management system with almost no new product release in 5-7 years
