      Avantages

      Flexibility with scheduling, opportunities to grow by becoming an RBT, direct access to upper management, android tablets to take home, milage is paid between cases.

      Inconvénients

      Supervisors seem to be spread pretty thin. And the drives were pretty far at times if I wanted extra hours

      Flexible schedule, part time, work with clients at their home

      Inconvénients

      Don’t get paid mileage unless it’s to cover someone else’s shift.

      Avantages

      They are pretty flexible but perhaps I’ve been lucky. The families I have worked with have been flexible. You have to make up any hours you miss which is a good thing.

      Inconvénients

      Things get lost in translation. Definitely need more training for new employees. Pay can be better. Driving from home to home can be an issue depending on the distance from one place to the other.
