I enjoy working with my great teammates.

The leadership of BuildEd is detached from the employees and the real conditions of the workplace. Our supervisors don't seem to care about our well-being and have no idea how to solve the issues we face at work. The employeee turnover rate is relatively high, and I'm not surprised given the kind of leadership we have.

The core team of people are fantastic. Kind, thoughtful, smart, helpful and passionate.

Leadership from the 2 co-founders is abysmal. There are always fires to put out and turnover rates are crazy(!) high. When someone is let go it's not acknowledged. It's bizarre and feels gross. No clear path forward or vision for the future of the company, just lots of BS, spinning wheels, and empty promises. DEI efforts are nonexistent despite the focus of the company being to make the workforce a more equitable place. Lots of talk of "it's not about who you know" and then going on to hire friends and connections...extremely hypocritical and causes business and relationships to suffer.
