If you are someone who takes pride in the quality of your work, creating meaningful connections, and enjoy systems, procedures, and working hard, Buck & Rider is the place for you!! I loved my time with this company (but deviated into another industry I studied in College after a year) and would highly recommend this place! This restaurant is busy all day, and all year so there is little time spent hanging out, socializing, and shooting the breeze - no time for that because your section is filled with tables all day every day. As a performance based company- this is not for those who are lazy, unreliable, and dont have real passion for the restaurant industry. If you care, and show up and try, you make incredible money while having fun. If you are looking to just punch in and punch out, and get offended by managers holding you accountable- look elsewhere! This place is one of the busiest restaurants in the valley and well worth your while!! This place is worth it if you do a good job (and worth it financially too!)

Pretty good pay if you work enough

Super toxic execs (They will fire you with no warning) No bussers or Food Runners but still tipping out a big portion of your sales to sushi cooks, bar, utilties, and host team Super militaristic training program Cliquey and feels like hazing in the beginning
