      Technical challenges Work schedule is too depended on the customer schedule. Many pressure from customer and manager. Job security is not good enough.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
