Avantages
People are helpful and great to work with. Access to industry leading tools and equipment. Great support teams there for engineering support for various projects.
Inconvénients
Cross functional team communication could be better. Too many "silos" when it comes to teams and business units working off on their own. Culture feels very corporate.
