      Avantages

      good company with good potential products, good road map, and good engineering team to work with. The company has diversified product lines as well.

      Inconvénients

      lack of good management team to provide the future direction, made couple mistake when defining the product road map and wasted time to refine the directions.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
