      Free soda, and okay cafeteria. Not bad for an internship, but not the best place to start out your career.

      Inconvénients

      A ton of office politics. If you can't handle that, this isn't the place for you.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.

      Little upward mobility, not much raises.
