      Fast paced learning and high standards for engineering. Lot of talented people who are hardworking.

      Inconvénients

      Tight schedules and not much work/life balanace. Needs to encourage shifting roles to have more wider experience.

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
