Good work ethics, good pay, good environment, less admin headache, decent facilities, good training, steep learning curve, friendly management, open discussions
Inconvénients
not much creativity needed - much of the work is optimization and debugging, not much development but that is there with all big companies - have to live with it. Bonus is not good
