      friendly work environment, good size of the teams, lot's of clever and smart people, good management, regular update about the company's strategy and products, training programs, good work-life balance

      Inconvénients

      number of people in the building might seem overwhelming at the beginning, implementing a new system for the company may take long time

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
