      Avantages

      Friendly, lots of people who are equally young and interested in teaching like yourself. Students are an interesting mix, some challenging but all very genuine.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to transition into other working environments when you come from one as friendly and encouraging as breakthrough.

      Avantages

      - caveat: this experience is from before glassdoor's allowed time selection so many things may have changed in the years since - overall great mission, great kids, great coworkers, and great city to explore - very fun job, basically part camp counselor, part teacher - housing is comped and so are some meals if you're able to eat the school lunch

      Inconvénients

      - not a lot of guidance on lesson planning - low stipend
