Avantages

Some of the intentions are good minded but not completely there. Good for first job in field.

Inconvénients

The company's scheduling people changed what seemed like every 2 months. You were able to request days off but it was easier to just shift trade with another who worked the same location. When in Denver you were sent to many different places to work, no real feeling of - this is my place - which was good to keep us on our toes but communication about past issues and current issues of the site's were never known. The vests they provide are cheap no name vests that caused myself and a majority of operators to develop back rashes - When the issue was brought up we were told "We provide the vest but its up to you if you want to wear it, just know if you don't your not covered should something happen". Had only one supervisor actually care about the ones under her command. Otherwise supervisors changed almost as often as scheduling. They cared more about adding to the "Fleet" than taking care of those of us out in the field. Ideas and questions more than not get shot down without a second look. In regards to one client they provide for its always their word over yours (even if cameras support you). Pay was terrible, only solution they offered was promote and move closer to Denver (but they don't pay you near enough to afford living in Denver unless you have 5 roommates or live in a bucket). The Corporate level staff gets paid well, front line does not. Oh also they have the audacity to ask you to do "vehicle patrol" with your personal vehicle even though they have a brand new SUV with the company logo and a amber light bar that only the Top level of corporate is allowed to use...
