      Blank Rome is a solid, team-oriented firm where people are approachable and genuinely want to help each other succeed. The work is interesting and challenging, but there is also a good sense of balance and respect for personal time. There are real opportunities to grow if you are proactive.

      Inconvénients

      Things move quickly, so you need to be adaptable and ready to take initiative, which is great for self-starters, but might feel fast paced if you are used to a structured environment.

      Avantages

      The company feels like home, family-like, they say they respect home-life and has a lot of attorneys with real family and adult lives. Most ppl are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      Ofc, that does not apply to junior associates. Partners hog work away from junior associates, partners are not interested in training juniors. no middle associates to train due to burnt out / low pay life. The firm has a reputation of churning out young female attorneys and lays them off once they feel burnt out.
