Some tasks were repetitive at times

I worked on plenty of projects when I worked here. It was good for my career. I would have stuck here if things had stayed organized.

The leadership is horrible. These people lie blatantly about caring for employees or ensuring that employees are satisfied. In reality, it's all terrible. Employees are expected to do a lot for little pay and barely get any appreciation. The workplace and projects were awfully disorganized. Employees had to work and rework constantly to ensure that the work met the insane expectations. The goals changed midway and caused a ton of stress. Employees had no say in anything. Overtime was expected as the workloads were more than one person could handle at a time. Employees got no rewards or recognition for overtime. It was frustrating. I had a poor work-life balance due to it.
