      Change through the growth of business; the processes, systems, and people priorities may change, which some people may find disruptive. Although I can adapt to these quite easily, not everyone can.

      Good & friendly team, lots of prizes to be won for good sales and hard work (food outings at the pub, iPad's etc)

      Inconvénients

      Very strict and not much freedom when it comes to break times (have to be there exactly on time or you get punished), no phones until it's break time and etc.
