      VT tends to be lower in salary base compared to most other states, salaries are competitive for the area.

      Avantages

      Co-workers, flexible hours, better than average pay and benefits for this part of the country, local management is pretty accessible, lots of employee appreciation gifts, food, parties (more in non-covid times.) Mistakes are more or less treated as systemic problems that should be fixed instead of just blaming people.

      Inconvénients

      high intensity, too much multi-tasking... can be stressful
