      Avantages

      Good people, convenient location in MInneapolis. I liked the people I worked with.

      Inconvénients

      Not much room for advancement and quarterly layoffs are far too common in the industry. Regulatory and compliance functions have not kept the pace with acquisitions, therefore lacking any cohesion. Very understaffed and fragmented when it comes to providing any sort of uniform regulatory compliance function. It starts at the top.
