Avantages
I really like the company and I enjoy my coworkers and the department that I work in. My supervisor and managers are there to support me and help me if I need it. I really enjoy the work that I do and I feel like I am making a difference in the biotech industry.
Inconvénients
The company vibe has really gone downhill in the last 5-10 years. It's gone from a nice small company that feels like a family to a big publicly-traded stocks and corporate environment. I don't feel like most of the upper management even knows or cares about what I do, only whether or not I can make them more money. I think whether or not other people would enjoy a position here would depend on the department they are looking at, but I love my department. I will say that after a 30-minute HR screening they took a month and a half to get back to me, which was incredibly inconvenient and felt unprofessional.
