Company is fast-paced growing, but some individuals are not the best to work with - Avis employé Financial Analyst Bio-Techne

Much of the managers are new in the finance world and lack the experience in managing and because of that, they lack empowerment. They also say that feedback is welcomed both ways because they are new managers, but it is a very false statement as they will just see you in a different light moving forward, or worst try to get rid of you. They are very pompous individuals at that which makes it hard to work with. Another con is long hours. The expectation, depending on what manager you have, is to get on early and stay on after your boss gets off to be promoted. No empowerment, no true guidance, much judgement, and many expectations is a toxic work environment. You'll always be walking on eggshells. I would rate 1-star, but 2-stars because Bio-Techne as a company isn't all bad.
