Avantages
Passionate people doing science or helping scientists. I thought 21 years was a long time at one company but there are literally dozens of employees with 25+ years of experience with Bio-Techne.
Inconvénients
Locations at various sites both in the US and worldwide can make it hard to personalize unless you get to travel but they do promote across regions. They are doing a good job of growing a unified culture while still maintaining local flavor.
