      Great people great culture very flexible and empowering to employees

      Inconvénients

      Health care benefits almost non existent as far as family coverage. You will pay almost all of your medical bills entirely unless something major happens. Even then it still leaves much to be desired.

      Avantages

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
