      Les clients suivent une thérapie toute la journée, tous les jours, même les week-ends en plus de l'école - ils n'ont pas la possibilité d'être un enfant et de profiter de la vie.

      Apprentice position allowed me to practice having a caseload.

      No real support from higherups. No clinic structure and poor ethics.

      Avantages

      You get to have your own hours.

      Inconvénients

      Schedule in inconsistent if you're looking for full time. Also your schedule depends on how many kids show up to the center. The pay changes based on you skill level as an RBT. Management is inconsistent with support, so it's hard to get the supervision hours you need to move up the latter. Lot of Office politics.
