Some lovely people working in non-management, non-leadership roles.

Dinosaurs run this place at the highest level. Toxic culture and very political. Poor communication, poor leadership, and no advancement opportunities. Corrupt, crumbling non existent infrastructure and systems. Not a safe space to work in. Stakeholders involved do not care about community or people. Finance department is absolute nightmare with vendors, consultants and people not getting paid for months on end. Money spent on outrageous things of no value but a refusal to compensate hard working staff at average market rates. Smells of corruption. Zero transparency across the board. All decisions are top down without obtaining feedback or suggestions from the people actually doing the work. HR is the most toxic of all. Every human here is overworked and immensely underpaid. Monolithic despite claiming to be a 'startup' and incapable of improving their own processes despite spending tens of thousands on outside consultants. Fear based management style and autocratic leadership from the CEO. Very performative and inauthentic with little care about DEI and the actual humans behind the work. CEO has track record of not listening to or respecting his team. Every outside consultant makes double what the full time staff do and has little to no impact on the organization. As someone from the outside looking in - this is an atrocious place to work.

Good pay Good crew to work with

Management is definitely an issue. Lots of promises no fallow through. Constant lack of respect towards employees. Huge separation between work force and management. Told we are a team but see no benefits or respect to that matter. Told this would be a place for all but are building this for tourists and not the locals that will support them in the winter months
