      Avantages

      Logistic arrangement like desktop, seating arrangement , car parking all very good.

      Inconvénients

      No proper process for IT PPMO department . Senior management only looks for delivery of CR but no value on size. At senior position in IT having poor knowledge on people management, Process , QA , QC at organizational level are major draw backs. Salary too low , no annual bonus . KPI parameters are poor . Also , partiality on nationality basis recruitment.

      Avantages

      I’m highly organized in maintaining the database, keeping close inspection even if apparently everything is working properly. I follow Oracle’s best practice. I enjoy leadership qualities as I have led teams in project planning and problem fixing. I’ve also been accustomed to working outside of my expertise in system and networking

      Inconvénients

      the environment were great but some of the management were taking the projects efforts and add them to their own
