      Inconvénients

      Thought catering was free, first day was an upset :( , but it's understandable for a big company with many employees.

      Avantages

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
