      Avantages

      The coworkers and can dress however you want . nothing else i just love the coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      The manager and teamlead are trash. Very rude they dont have patience they don't work with you at all but they can do whatever they want. They dont train good they expect you to be perfect. The team lead is extremely rude and freaking nosey always minding peoples buisness. Shes no good always snitching people out. Please dont work for this company. Its ridiculous people never stay i promise you they last 1 week or 2 and leave because they treat you like little kids you cant talk or they will get on to you. They never do nothing when you complain. They dont treat their employees good at all

      Best reasons to work here is learning how to do background checks on individuals.

      Inconvénients

      The downsides of working here are the people in management especially the team lead. There is no proper training.. You sit and Write on papers all day. Supposedly, this prepares you for the computer. The team lead is loud,rude, and intimidating. She answer your question with a question and has an attitude.she is a snitch, will tell the boss everything. The team lead is the reason for a tense environment. Before I started there had already been 5 employees before me. This is the reason for the high turnover.
