Avantages
Work life balance in some groups, will make a lot of difference if you know people in the higher management. You'll get a lot of brownie points for sycophancy. Not many pros to list.
Inconvénients
A lot of dead wood floating around. Once a good co., now is a playground for political games. Have lost most good people to competition in the last 2-3 years, and still counting.
