      Work from home option. 2 days wfo, 3 days wfh.

      Inconvénients

      Micro management. Management is not ready to transform to Agile. Complex process global and regional. Too low for increment and bonus. No opportunity to have an external training for certification, they will force you to learn from Udemy, LinkedIn learning and successfactor only. Too much politics from the management.

      No bonuses vacation is crap for new hires, only 2 weeks.
