Avantages
Good salary and benefits, with many additional perks too. Multiples business units allow for many opportunities and growth within the same company.
Inconvénients
Various business units going through reorgs which can make things a bit chaotic at times. But I guess this is usual in such a big company. Have had good and bad leaders over the past 10 years.. some very engaged in developing their team, other not at all. A little more consistency on the leadership approach would be nice.
