      good benefits and everyone at the plant is welling to help out and try to find solutions. they have great safety meetings every month.

      Inconvénients

      Jobs are highly specialized. you will find yourself bored and closed off in roles that are not leadership position. it is a highly political environment for advancements.

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      Inconvénients

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
