Avantages

They pay very good and sometimes more than a person should be.

Inconvénients

Way too many meetings and decisions are made from Germany that affect workers in the US with the US not having any say so in how the company is run.

Good 401k and double time on the weekends

Inconvénients

No bonuses vacation is crap for new hires, only 2 weeks.
