      Avantages

      Salary is competitive, provided employment for me for over a year

      Inconvénients

      Very strict management, Very vague tasks at times where there can be destructive critisism of the results. I have a long time career in Supply Chain Management, and BASF is amoung the worst run companies in my opinion.

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      Inconvénients

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
