Avantages
You can get free drinks at the bar sometimes when you are finished work and the managers will let you at the bar. you can also get food from the staff for free sometimes if you ask the chef when its not too busy and they aren't up to their eyes with work and orders
Inconvénients
Bad management, don't give you enough time off and dont run the place probably with not putting enough staff in place so that you have to work more and not giving you enough time off
