I love this environment because I have seen the company grow from 8 people to 80 people and feel that Gibbs attitude is very forward thinking, we are embracing change, offering opportunities to those who wouldn't ordinarily get them and commitment from the team is always recognised from the Directors and Senior Leadership team. The directors are inspirational and the team want to work to the best of their ability to grow the company and join the journey. You feel like part of the family and like you belong no matter where you come from. the diversity and continuous encouragement to help others is refreshing and genuine.
Inconvénients
If you want an easy life and to plod along unnoticed, Gibbs is not for you. You are encouraged to collaborate with other teams and every single person has an important job to do. so you are either in or out.
