Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Array has been in the display and store fixture business for 40 yrs. They have a very talented design and engineering group. Their sales, estimating, procurement, logistics, etc. departments have a mix of young,mid-career, and senior members who will train, guide, and assist as needed. They are forward thinking and it's never a dull moment as it is a client driven business.
Inconvénients
The company is based in Toronto, but has a NYC sales office which is usually at odds with Toronto production and project management. There are frequent production errors, inventory errors, missed ship dates and miscommunications.
