      Avantages

      On-time salary, I would say good for beginners but you can't make a quality portfolio because the timeframe for each project is too short. You have no option but to use stock assets just to beat the deadline.

      Inconvénients

      Overloaded work. They lay off people when sales is low. Inexperienced directors. They seem to have no passion for the craft and only care about the sales.

      Avantages

      I working with the AE team for over the past 18 months after working in retail. Very much enjoyed my first experience in tech at a young and diverse emerging startup company. Learnt a lot in my time there and now working at a larger tech company as an account exec after my experience at Animation Explainers.

      Inconvénients

      Remote working, tech sales can be difficult & a challenge if new to the industry.
