Growth and learning opportunities. Business in Spain is growing double digit. You work a lot and you learn as nowhere else Great colleagues Informality. You can easily approach almost any of ManCom members You have a VW if you´re in HoReCa and Audi if you work in retail

Inconvénients

Almost all the experienced people left the company. Remaining population is young and ambitions, but it is not enough to make business run properly Engagement of the people going down year after year. Huge turnover in Sales. Back office was externalized to India and communication is horrible. Big mistake. The only IT guy was fired because the number of users in the country was not big enough. If your tablet is broken, send a ticket and wait 2-3-4 weeks. When HR lady left the company her position was open for almost 6 months and people job was done by an assistant. Extreme stress. You will work like hell to compensate the limited resources, lack of processes. If your colleague lefts - be prepared to cover his position for up to 6 months.
