      Avantages

      Sadly, I can’t think of one. It was a very difficult environment to work in.

      Inconvénients

      -One if the owners was extremely cruel and rude. The other was just to busy to have the time to help. -Constant relationship drama from one of the owners in the office. Constant tension throughout the office. -Install Techs on the road most days of the month. Pay did not compensate for the time spent away from home. -High turnover rate of employees. Technicians, Warehouse, Project Managers, Inner Office positions. -Very little to no training. “trial by fire” was their Motto.

      Employees are empowered to succeed in every aspect of the job requirement.

      Inconvénients

      Company pays for travel and overnight stay in rare unique work assignments which can be extensive in time away from family.
