Avantages
* Flexible hours. * Opportunity to learn a lot for junior staff. * In general, people are very polite. * In general, people will share some knowledge.
Inconvénients
* Lack of planning and management. * Salary is acceptable to low, compared to similar companies in the same industry. * No work life balance, * No opportunity to advance, unless you've spent a long time with the company. * Very few Software Engineers are actually good. * No code reviews, virtually no communication, isolation. * Most employees don't really understand how their work impact the business, they just write code.
