      Avantages

      Had good management when I started. Good team to work for. I was happy.

      Inconvénients

      Things got ridiculous after certain managers were fired. Refused to hire proper staff and overtime got way overwhelming. Too many idiots were getting promoted that couldn't do the job.

      This company allowed a lot of autonomy as long as the revenue was coming in.

      Inconvénients

      There was some definite favoritism going on, where some guys were handed opportunities and others were on their own.
