      Avantages

      Hard to get fired. Inter department transfers for when you hate what you do or hate the people you are working with. Weekly pay.

      Inconvénients

      Noone cares. Even management. punch the clock, have a heartbeat for 8 hrs. clock out. Multiple felons and low life criminals working for the company. Multi-Million dollar company on a skeleton crew on a tight budget.

      This company allowed a lot of autonomy as long as the revenue was coming in.

      There was some definite favoritism going on, where some guys were handed opportunities and others were on their own.
