Inconvénients
Management and Dispatch have no idea what's going on. Vegas makes all the calls on everything and they have no idea what's going on. They tell you they will pay you one thing and when you see your first check it's not what was discussed. You can have 10years of trucking experience and you will start at 17.50. There pay is not no where near the other companies. But you see them spending millions on equipment but noting on Drivers. There benifits you can't afford if you have a family.
