Biggest pro here is that it is a remote job.

Inconvénients

A company struggling with poor product-market fit, limited vision for improvement, and high turnover across the organization. Leadership appears highly stressed due to broader company performance challenges, and that pressure often rolls downhill to the sales team. There is very little loyalty or stability, with constant changes being made in an attempt to find a better path, but without enough or sometimes any strategic thought behind them.
