Avantages
It's a great technology community that attracts the best new ideas and companies. The resources it provides are mostly free and can be the difference between success and failure.
Inconvénients
There can be little motivation to push the status quo and make something really impactful. It has a low bar for success. Fortunately it typically attracts great people but it requires constant staff turnover to stay fresh.
