Avantages
Centre principle is flexible in terms of paperwork (workload not too much, lesser than expected). - Centre principle is flexible with leaves taking (however need to see your position etc). Nothing else I can think off
Inconvénients
- Not allowed to bring leaves over, have to finish by that year (CP also will change staff leave without prior notice until checked inside company’s app). - Staff handbook & contract employment terms are stated differently (e.g if confirmed staff, how many months is the notice period). Doesn’t tally - Centre principle would show unhappiness/tempers if she is stressed out/tired (can see from her behaviour and tones). - Centre principle is unprofessional in terms of managing communications with educators & parents. Very parents driven, forgotten about what were discussed during meeting & what were told to parents doesn’t align with what were discussed beforehand. CP also had personal chats with parents & some things were communicated separately without educators knowledge until we have to check with the team
