      Dysfunctional environment; lacked proper tools and support to do job; talented staff leaving with no review by HR. Very poor input from HR in general. Below market rate for pay

      Super flat org structure. Very personable team. Hybrid work structure. 3 days in office.

      Some of the members of your team were in other locations. Lots of online meetings.
