with right people it is interesting g to work on new and interesting thing. Flexible timing Good lunch
Inconvénients
Some lazy fellow poison the whole department. They do nothing other than talking stupid and watching out the window and seem to be working in front of managers only. They don't hire directly. Only via agency for first few years.
