Avantages
ASML has an amazing work culture and to be precise one of the best. Every one is treated equally irrespective of job status, type, location, gender, etc. Everyone contributes and is encouraged to contribute regularly. The work that is done is some of the most sophisticated. There is great communication ethos across the company and people respect each other. The products of ASML are at the cutting edge of nanotechnology and sometimes require long hours to complete. But it is certainly worth it.
Inconvénients
Not much opportunity for designers to travel to other locations (to test) if you are already in NL. Not so much ESOP grants given to employees (atleast from my experience) and I purchase the stocks myself. I am sure there are others who probably get it as incentives for invention.
