      The pay (salary + profit sharing) is good

      Inconvénients

      No layoff, but lot lot of job termination, If they couldn't find a story to get rid of you, they make up a one. Making up stories against others for personal interests is a common practices for some people, a culture from Netherlands?

      Avantages

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Inconvénients

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
